Citrus Chicken & Veggie Wrap

4  H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas

1/2  Hass Avocado, thin sliced

2  Tbsp.  Orange Salad Dressing (equal parts orange juice & olive oil)

1  c.  H-E-B Baby Spinach

2  H-E-B Fully Cooked Reduced Sodium Chicken Breasts, thin sliced

1/4  red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

1/2  yellow squash, shredded

1  c.  H-E-B Champagne Tomatoes, halved


Combine the thin-sliced avocado and tablespoon of orange salad dressing in a small bowl. Mash the avocados using a potato masher or fork and season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread 2 tablespoons of the mashed avocado mixture on each tortilla, leaving 1 inch along the rim.

Layer 3 to 4 thin slices of chicken in the center of each tortilla and top each with 1/4 cup spinach leaves, 4 strips of bell pepper, 1 tablespoon shredded squash, 2 tablespoons tomatoes. Gently roll the wrap and place on a square sheet of plastic wrap. Wrap the salad wrap in the plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve. To serve, cut the wrap in half diagonally. Remove the plastic wrap and dig in.
