![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 375°F. Bake rolls on sheet pan according to package directions.
![]() Meanwhile, rinse and drain black beans. Combine with salsa in food processor. Process to chunky texture (about 30 seconds).
![]() Heat skillet over medium heat 3 minutes. Remove chorizo from casing. Pan-fry
3 minutes or until brown and crumbly. Drain on paper towels, set aside in bowl.
![]() Slice open French roll. Spread 3 Tablespoons refried beans and chorizo on bottom half. Layer 2 or 3 slices tomato, 3 slices avocado, jalapeño if desired, cilantro. Top with other roll half. Complete all tortas, serve.
