fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced

![]() Instructions ![]() In large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, crushed pineapple, and teriyaki sauce. Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
![]() On stovetop or grill, cook chicken patties about 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Exact cooking times will depend on heat of grill/pan as well as thickness of chicken burger.
![]() Place pineapple slices on grill/stovetop. Grill 3 minutes on each side (turning so that grill marks are on both sides).
![]() Place cooked chicken burger on a deli thin bun and top with pineapple slices.
