![]() Instructions ![]() Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium high heat 3 minutes. Add oil and ground chicken. Cook 15 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F. Set aside and let cool.
![]() Meanwhile, combine onion, spinach, celery, grapes, apple and mayonnaise in large serving bowl. Stir in cooked chicken and season to taste with salt and pepper.
