Ingredients

2  Tbsp.  white balsamic vinegar

1 1/2  Tbsp.  H-E-B All Natural Olive Oil

*  salt

*  black pepper

1  cantaloupe, cubed

2  cucumbers, halved lengthwise, seeded, and sliced

3  Tbsp.  feta cheese, crumbled

1  Tbsp.  fresh basil, chopped

Instructions


Prepare vinaigrette: In a bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar, slowly adding olive oil to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.

In a large bowl, combine cantaloupe, cucumber, feta cheese, and basil.

Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and toss to combine. Chill until ready to serve.
