beets, peeled and sliced, with stems and leaves

garlic, minced

H-E-B Olive Oil

blackberries

honey goat cheese, crumbled
![]() Instructions ![]() Sauté sliced beets and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet on medium high heat until tender. Add leaves and stems. Sauté an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and place on a serving platter.
![]() Garnish with blackberries and cheese. Serve.
