3/4poundbeef for stir fry
1tablespoonchili garlic sauce
1/2teaspooncoarse ground black pepper
Combine marinade ingredients in a 1-gallon sealable plastic bag.Add meat, turn to coat and set aside to marinate 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut or break broccoli florets into small pieces. Coarselychop onion. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over High heat 3 minutes. Stir-fry onion 2 minutes; add broccoli and stir-fry 2 more minutes. Remove to a plate.
Return skillet to heat. Add beef with marinade; stir fry 2 minutes. Remove to plate with broccoli.
Pour sherry into skillet; boil 15 seconds or until reduced by half. Stir sauce mixture into skillet with sherry. Toss beef and broccoli in skillet with sauce until heated through. Serve immediately.
