1/3  cup  H-E-B Olive Oil

1  container (5 oz.)  H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Chopped sweet onion

3 1/2  cups  H-E-B the baker's® scoop self-rising flour'

2  H-E-B large eggs or 1/2 cup hill country fare real egg

1  bottle  Fat tire beer

1 1/2  cups  Shredded zucchini & shredded H-E-B regular or fat free cheddar cheese


Heat oven to 400 degF. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes until golden crisp. Set aside and cool.

In a large bowl, combine H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Self Rising Flour, eggs, beer, zucchini and cheese. Mix and spread batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut bread into squares and serve warm
