1 can (10 oz.) H-E-B Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, drained & flaked
2 hard-cooked H-E-B Eggs, peeled & chopped
1 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Chopped Celery
1 jar (2 oz.) H-E-B Harvest Moon Diced Pimientos, drained
1/2 cup H-E-B Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Morton Lime Salt
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to coat.
Season the chicken salad to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.
Serve in sandwiches, over lettuce or tomato wedges or with fruit.
