2 tbsp. French vinaigrette dressing
1/2 teaspoon prepared creamy horseradish
1 can (14 1/2 oz) HCF sliced beets, drained
1 green onion, chopped
2 strips strips of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
Place dressing, horseradish, beets and onion in a medium-size salad bowl; toss to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Season to taste with salt and crackled black pepper.
Sprinkle with bacon before serving
