Ingredients

1/3  tbsp.  olive oil

3   cloves  garlic

2   (14.5 ounce) can  low sodium white beans, rinsed & drained

1   each  lemon, juiced

1/2  c.  tahini

*  tbsp.  olive oil

1   cucumber, sliced

1   cup  carrot sticks or baby carrots

1   H-E-B Multi-Grain Pita Chips

Instructions


In a blender or food processor, combine the first 5 ingredients. Pulse until smooth. Remove from blender and pour into a bowl.

Drizzle with extra olive oil and serve with cucumber slices, carrots and multigrain pita chips.
