2 each large apples, cored
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup broken walnuts or pecans
1/4 cup Hellmann's low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons skim or low-fat milk
Blend mayonnaise and milk in a medium bowl until smooth.
Chop apples into bite-sized pieces.
Chop celery and break nuts into small pieces.
Add apples, celery and walnuts or pecans to dressing.
Toss to coat.
Refrigerate or serve immediately
