8 Central Market Organics Wheat Waffles
1 c. plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 c. H-E-B Light Whipped Topping
1 pt. raspberries
1 pt. blueberries
Place waffles in toaster oven about 4 minutes, or until desired doneness.
Meanwhile, combine yogurt and whipped topping until well blended, set aside.
When waffles are toasted, lay four waffles on four plates. Spread 1/4 cup yogurt mixture and 1/4 cup berries on each waffle.
Top with another waffle, and repeat layers of yogurt and fruit for each waffle stack. Drizzle with honey before serving, if desired.
