2 cups R & F Medium Shells (Conchiglie)
1 (1 lb. 10 oz.) jar Ragú Chunky Primavera Pasta Sauce
1 (8 oz.) bag frozen Hill Country Fare Cooked Shrimp
1 Fresher Lasting Jumbo Avocado Halves, chopped
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1 cup shredded H-E-B Jalapeño Jack Cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Meanwhile, combine pasta sauce and frozen shrimp in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in microwave oven on high power for 4 minutes.
Combine the hot pasta and sauce mixture in a large pasta bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add avocado, cilantro, onion, and shredded cheese and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
