Vegetarian Italian Wraps

6 servings (2 wraps per serving)


1  can  Hill Country Fare No-stick Olive Oil Spray

1  pkg. (12 ct.)  H-E-B Bake Shop® 7 Grain Flour Tortillas

3  Tbsp.  H-E-B Roasted Garlic Hummus

3  Tbsp.  H-E-B Olive Tapenade

1  c.  H-E-B Champagne Sweet Tomatoes, thin sliced

6  Tbsp.  H-E-B Tomato and Basil Crumbled Feta Cheese

1  c.  H-E-B Baby Spinach, thin sliced

1  c.  button mushrooms, thin sliced


Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil, spray with no-stick spray. Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap, microwave on high power for 1 minute, keep warm.

Spread each tortilla with 1/2 tablespoon each roasted garlic hummus and olive tapenade. Arrange 4 thin tomato slices, 1 tablespoon crumbled Feta cheese, 1 tablespoon sliced baby spinach and 4 slices mushrooms down the center of each softened tortilla. Spray each fi lled tortilla with no-stick olive oil spray. Roll the tortilla like a taco, secure with a toothpick, and place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake Vegetarian Italian Wraps on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until tortillas are crispy brown. Cut each wrap in half on the diagonal and serve.
