1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Cream Cheese, regular, low fat or fat free
1 whole egg, beaten
1/2 c. H-E-B Sour Cream, regular, low fat or fat free
1 can (14 oz.) Hill Country Fare Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 can (21 oz.) Cherry Pie Filling
3 1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Vanilla Wafers
1/2 c. pecan or walnut pieces
1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
Heat oven to 275°F. Line a 9 inch heart-shaped disposable aluminum cake pan with a double layer of parchment paper. Cut and trim so that cake can be removed easily for cutting.
Place vanilla wafers and nuts in food processor bowl and process to coarse crumbs. Add melted butter and process for 10 seconds to combine.
Press wafer-nut crust into pan base (not on sides) and bake in center oven rack for 10 to 12 minutes.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine cream cheese, beaten egg, sour cream and condensed milk in a large mixing bowl. Blend ingredients for one minutes using an electric mixer. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Back on the center oven rack for 35 minutes (center will jiggle). Removed from oven and cool. Top with cherry filling and chill before serving.
