Twister Grilled Vegetables

1  bag (16 oz.)  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Green Beans or Asparagus, cut in half

16  H-E-B Seriously Sweet Tomatoes

16  small  white mushroom tops

1  each  red, golden, and orange bell peppers, cut into 2-inch pieces

1  large  red or white onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch circle slices

1  each  zucchini and yellow squash, cut into 1-inch circle slices

1/2  cup  H-E-B Texas Twists® Peppercorn Blue Cheese Salad Dressing


Prepare vegetables as indicated and place in extra-large plastic zipper bag.

Add salad dressing to bag, seal, and turn it over several times to coat vegetables evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to grill.

Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Spray vegetable grill rack or basket with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray and add marinated vegetables.

Grill vegetables when fire is hot (hold palm of hand over fire for 2 seconds to test), 4 to 5 minutes per side.
