Makes:

32 strawberries

Ingredients

1  package  Large ripe strawberries

1  package (16 oz.)  H-E-B bakers scoop vanilla coating

1  package (16 oz.)  H-E-B bakers scoop chocolate coating

Instructions

Wash and pat dry the strawberries. Do not remove the green strawberry top.

Microwave the Log House Vanilla CandiQuik Coating according to package directions.

Dip each strawberry in the melted vanilla coating, leaving only the crown of the berry uncoated and place on a sheet of parchment or wax paper. Allow the coating to harden in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Microwave the Log House CandiQuik Chocolate Coating according to package directions. Dip each vanilla coated strawberry in the chocolate at a 45 degree angle on each side, creating a 'Tuxedo Coat' and place on a parchment or wax paper sheet. Let the coating harden in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Fill a pastry bag with a small tip (or plastic sandwich bag with a small hole in the corner) with melted chocolate coating. Using the pastry bag, make 2 dots for buttons, and draw a bow tie.

Refrigerate the strawberries until ready to serve.
