1 can (15 oz.) H-E-B Garbanzo Beans
1 can (15 oz.) H-E-B Red Kidney Beans
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. H-E-B Reduced Fat Feta Cheese (optional)
Rinse and drain both cans of beans in a colander and set aside.
In a medium skillet, heat oil to Medium-High for 30 seconds. Add onion and sauté 1 minute. Add garlic and continue to sauté 30 seconds. Add beans, salt and pepper; and reduce heat to Low.
Continue to heat until warmed through. If desired, sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
