1  medium  onion, finely chopped

3  tablespoons  H-E-B Butter

1/2  cup  slivered Azar Almonds

1/2  teaspoon  Alessi Sea Salt

1/4  teaspoon  Morton & Bassett Ground Cinnamon

2  cups  Pacific Chicken Broth

Morton & Bassett Bay Leaf

1/2  cup  Hill Country Fare Raisins or Currants
