3 tablespoon Wesson vegetable oil
1 fully cooked turkey breast
1 medium tart apple, cored and diced
1 cup diced celery
1 c. dried cranberries
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup Butterball chicken broth
1 6 ounce bag Butterball seasoned stuffing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat 2 tablespoons Wesson oil until hot.
Place into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; set aside.
Saute apple, celery, cranberries, and onion in remaining oil until onion is tender.
Remove from heat and add Butterball broth.
Stir in Butterball stuffing until well blended.
Spoon stuffing mixture over turkey breasts.
Cover and bake for 25 to 30 minutes
