![]() Instructions ![]() Heat a large heavy-bottom skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add olive oil,carrot, zucchini, onion, and mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Place vegetables in a mixing bowl and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
![]() Add turkey, bread crumbs, beaten egg, and Worcestershire sauce to the cooked
veggies. Mix with your hands and form into 6 patties. Place on a sheet pan and set
aside in refrigerator until ready to grill.
![]() Heat charcoal for 30 minutes or heat gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill burgers 4 inches above medium heat (375 degrees F) for 4 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Split hamburger buns and toast on grill. Place a turkey burger on the bottom of each bun and add your favorite toppings: lettuce,tomato, mustard, or mayonnaise.
