1 c. Central Market Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 cntr. (4 oz.) fat free plain greek yogurt
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. cooked chopped roasted turkey
• black pepper
8 canned buttermilk biscuits
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine chicken broth, yogurt, mixed vegetables, onion and turkey in prepared baking dish. Season to taste with black pepper.
Cover dish with a paper towel and microwave on High 6 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
Place buttermilk biscuits on top of hot filling. Bake uncovered on center oven rack 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
