Turkey Pot Pie

1  c.  H-E-B Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth

1/2  c.  H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream

1  bag (16 oz.)  H-E-B Frozen Mixed Vegetables

1/2  c.  chopped onion

2  c.  cooked chopped roasted turkey or chicken

8  Hill Country Fare Tube Buttermilk Biscuits


Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Combine chicken broth, sour cream, mixed vegetables, onions and turkey in prepared baking dish. Season to taste with black pepper. Cover dish with a paper towel and heat in Microwave on High power for 6 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time.

Place the buttermilk biscuits on top of hot chicken pot pie filling. Bake uncovered on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
