Ingredients

1  lb.  H-E-B Ground Turkey Breast

1  Tbsp.  H-E-B Olive Oil

1  tsp.  H-E-B Chicken Fajita Seasoning

1  container (12 oz.)  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Pineapple Pico de Gallo

12  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Lettuce Leaves

1  pkt.  H-E-B Fresher Lasting Avocado Chunks, thin sliced

Instructions


Combine turkey, olive oil, fajita seasoning, and 1/2 cup pico de gallo in a bowl. Heat a heavy-bottom skillet over medium heat 3 minutes. Add turkey mixture and stir-fry 10 minutes until turkey is cooked and slightly browned.

Place 1/3 cup turkey mixture in a lettuce leaf. Top with 2 tablespoons pico de gallo and 1 to 2 avocado slices. Enjoy!
