1 lb. very lean ground turkey meat (93%)
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Heat the water in a microwave-safe bowl and pour over dried cranberries. Let stand for 5 minutes, then drain.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Form into 4 patties.
Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray and set over Medium flame. Brown burgers on both side for 6 minutes each or until the juices run clear.
Remove from the pan and serve with your choice of toppings on deli round bread.
