1  bag  (16 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh. Go!™ Diced Idaho Russet Potatoes

1  bag  (16 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Green Beans

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Light Olive Oil

1  c.  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Chopped Sweet Onion

2  H-E-B Garlic Cloves, choppe

2  Tbsp.  chopped fresh basil

3  c.  sliced or chopped turkey

1  c.  crushed H-E-B Original Potato Chips

½  c.  H-E-B Shredded Parmesan Cheese


Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Prepare potatoes and green beans according to package directions and set aside.

Heat a large, heavy-bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add olive oil and onions and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until golden. Add garlic, cooked potatoes, green beans, basil, and turkey and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish and top with crushed potato chips and shredded cheese. Bake uncovered on center oven rack for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
