2  c.  frozen H-E-B Broccoli Florets

1  c.  chopped tomatoes

½  c.  chopped green onion

1  can (12 oz.)  Hill Country Fare Albacore Tuna in Water, drained and flaked

*  salt and pepper

3  Bakery Wheat Submarine Rolls, cut in half lengthwise

*  Hill Country Fare All Natural No-Stick Olive Oil Spray

8  slices (½ oz. each)  H-E-B Jalapeño Jack Cheese


Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium (350°F). Spray grilling mesh with nonstick cooking spray and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Microwave broccoli florets according to package instructions, drain, and combine with tomato, green onion, and tuna. Season mixture with salt and pepper and set aside.

Place rolls on grilling mesh and spray cut sides with olive oil spray. Spread tuna mixture on each submarine half and top with slices of cheese.

Place grilling mesh on the grill, close cover, and cook for 12 minutes or until cheese has melted into the broccoli-tuna mixture. Cut into 8 servings and serve hot.
