2 c. Dole Spinach, chopped
1 can (15.5 oz.) H-E-B No Salt Added Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (5 oz.) albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
1/3 c. red onion, minced
* H-E-B Italian Salad Dressing
* salt and pepper
4 slices H-E-B Bake Shop Bread, your favorite variety, lightly toasted
In large bowl, combine spinach, beans, tuna, and red onion. Toss with Italian dressing, salt, and pepper, to taste.
Arrange toasted bread on plates. Top with tuna mixture.
