1/4 tsp. butter (or 1/2 cup if you like lots of butter)
1 salt Sabatino & Co. Truffle Salt
12 - 15 tsp. Your favorite popped Popcorn*
1/4 tsp. parmesan cheese
In a small saucepan, melt butter with 1 teaspoon (to start) truffle salt. Allow salt to dissolve over very Low heat so butter does not burn. Once butter is melted, pour truffle butter over popcorn and toss together in a large bowl until popcorn is thoroughly coated. Season with more truffle salt at this point, if desired.
Add Parmesan cheese and toss again. The cheese will stick better to the popcorn once the butter is on it.
* 1 bag of microwave popcorn contains about 10-15 cups when popped. If using un-popped popcorn in your popcorn maker, 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels will yield roughly 12-15 cups of popped popcorn.
