2 thick cut steaks
2 tsp. Adams Reserve Truffle Salt
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Season the steaks with 1/2 tsp. of truffle salt on each steak, then season with black pepper.
Grill for 3 – 4 minutes on each side. After steaks are done cooking, top each steak with 1/2 tsp. of butter and sprinkle with remaining truffle salt. Let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
