2 c. hill country fare raw medium ez peel shrimp peeled & deveined
2 c. H-E-B cavatapi bow tie or medium shell pasta
1 container (12 oz) H-E-B ready fresh go pico de mango
1/4 c. fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 c. H-E-B Texas twist mango margarieta orange habanero or spicy peanut jalapeño dressing
Peel & devein shrimp and set aside in a bowl.
Bring 2 quarts of salted water to a boil over high heat and add the pasta. Cook the pasta according to package directions, but after the first 8 minutes of cooking, add the shrimp and continue to cook 2 more minutes. Drain, rinse and drain the pasta shrimp mixture and place in a large pasta bowl.
Add the Pico de Mango, cilantro and dressing to the pasta shrimp mixture. Season the pasta salad to taste with salt and fresh cracked pepper. Cover and chill the salad until ready to serve.
