6 H-E-B salmon fillets
3/4 cup H-E-B Texas Twists® mango margarita or orange habanero dressing
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Steamable White Rice
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Steamable Bamboo Garden Blend
1 container (12 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® pico de mango
Combine the salmon fillets and Mango Margaritaor Orange Habanero Dressing in a zipper bag andmarinate for 1 hour or more.
Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375F). Place salmon fillets on grill rack and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes.
While the fish is grilling, prepare the H-E-B Steamable Rice and H-E-B Steamable Bamboo Garden Blend according to package directions.
Top the grilled salmon with 3 Tablespoons Pico de Mango and serve with the H-E-B Steamable White Rice and H-E-B Bamboo Garden Blend
