*3 cups H-E-B fully cooked® sweet chili chicken breast cubed
1 cup Diced celery
1 cup Red seedless grape halves
1 cup Toasted almond slivers
1/2 cup Toasted coconut (for garnish)
Combine cubed chicken breast, celery, grape halves and almond slivers. Refrigerate while preparing the dressing.
Add all dressing ingredients to blender. Blend on medium speed for1 minute. Increase speed to high and blend until dressing is smoothand creamy. Toss with chilled salad and sprinkle top with toasted coconut.
