![]() Instructions ![]() Combine salsa, spices and oil together in a glass dish or seal-able plastic bag to make marinade.
![]() Marinate the beef cubes for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Stir or turn steak cubes halfway through marinating time.
![]() For appetizers, skewer two cubes per 4-inch wooden stick. Grill over Medium coals for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn occasionally.
