1 large tomato, sliced into wedges
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow squash, cut into thin strips
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 10 ounce bag field greens or baby spinach
In a large salad bowl, layer tomato, bell pepper, squash, cucumber and salad greens.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
Toss to combine before serving.
Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
