1  pouch (16 oz.) H-E-B Fresher Lasting Salsa Picante

2  boxes (32 oz. each) Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth

1  boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin

2  small zucchini, chopped

2  medium carrots, peeled and sliced thin

8  H-E-B Unsalted White Corn Tortilla Chips

1  avocado, sliced

1/2  cup  cilantro leaves, chopped


Combine salsa, chicken broth, and chicken in a large pot. Bring to boil over High heat. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes.

Add zucchini and carrots. Continue simmering 15 minutes.

To serve: ladle soup into bowls, top with 2 crushed tortilla chips, 2 slices of avocado, and cilantro leaves.
