14 oz. HCF cheese tortellini, 2 cups
1 package (10 oz) frozen petite peas
1 can (2 1/4) sliced black olives
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup French Vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing
Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil over high heat.
Add tortellini to boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
Add frozen peas and cook 2 more minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine tortellini, peas, olives, red bell pepper, onion and salad dressing; toss to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
