1  French stix bread, cut into lengthwise halves

1/3  cup  mayonnaise or creamy Italian dressing, regular or fat free

1/2  pound  H-E-B Provolone cheese slices

1/2  small red onion, sliced into rings

2  cups  shredded or sliced H-E-B deli rotisserie chicken

1  large tomato, thin sliced or chopped


Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Spread mayonnaise or Italian salad dressing on each French bread half. Layer with 1/2 of the Provolone cheese slices, onions and H-E-B rotisserie chicken; season to taste with salt and cracked pepper. Top with tomato and remaining sliced cheese.

Place chicken sandwich halves on prepared baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted golden and sandwich is thoroughly heated.
