1 can (13.8 oz.) Pillsbury Refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust or any prepared crust of your choice
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. prepared pesto
2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
6 - 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1/3 c. sliced pitted Kalamata Olives
1/4 c. (or more) grated parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 12- or 14-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough and place in prepared pan. Starting at center, press out dough to form a 12-inch round. Bake about 8 minutes or until crust begins to brown. Remove from oven.
Combine cream cheese and pesto until smooth. Spread over partially baked crust. Arrange tomato and fresh mozzarella slices over pizza; top with olives and Parmesan cheese.
Bake 9 to 12 minutes longer or until cheese melts and begins to brown. Cut into wedges to serve. Optional: Garnish with fresh chopped basil or baby spinach.
