1H-E-B Whole Wheat 12" Pizza Crust
1/4c.H-E-B Pizza Sauce
1c.H-E-B Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese
1Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1bag (9 oz.)Fresh Express Spinach, thin sliced
2c.mushrooms, thin sliced
1c.red onion, chopped
1/2tsp.crushed red pepper (optional)
1tsp.Italian seasoning blend
Heat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil, set aside. Place pizza crust on prepared baking sheet.
Spread crust with 1/4 cup pizza sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup feta cheese and set aside.
Combine olive oil, thin sliced spinach, mushrooms, red onion and crushed red pepper, if desired, in large microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on high power 1 minute, stir and microwave 1 more minute.
Spread spinach mixture over feta cheese, and sprinkle with remaining feta cheese and Italian seasoning.
Bake on bottom oven rack 8 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to turn golden.
