1 lb. H-E-B Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken
1 (14 oz. bottle) H-E-B Specialty Series Carolina Barbeque Sauce
1 (8 oz. bag) H-E-B Shredded Cabbage
1/3 c. H-E-B Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Better Than Good Bacon Jam
1/2 red onion, julienned
Heat shredded chicken according to package directions.
In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the slaw. Cover and refrigerate.
To build the sandwich, slice bolillos in half. Layer in the chicken and top with slaw. Serve immediately with a side of onions and pickles.
