2010-04-08 pounds H-E-B Prime 1® or Natural Angus Beef® Ribeye Roast, boneless or bone-in, as desired
6 Tablespoons Adams Reserve Sear-N-Crust Prime Rib and Steak Rub
2 Tablespoons Adams Reserve Rib, Roast and Steak Rub
1 jar Robert's Reserve Onion Blossom Horseradish Sauce
Heat oven to 325°F. Coat roast with Sear-N-Crust Rub over all surface areas; then sprinkle Rib, Roast and Steak Rub over top and sides.
Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, fat-side up. Place in oven; cook beef 20 to 25 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 135°F for Medium-Rare doneness.
Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes while temperature of beef rises another 10 degrees or so.
Carve beef into slices as thick as you wish. Drizzle with pan drippings, if desired. Serve with Onion Blossom Sauce.
