4  H-E-B Fully Fit Multi-Grain Chicken Breasts

1/4  cup  basil

1/4  cup  mint

1/4  cup  cilantro leaves

1  bag (5 oz.)  H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Romaine Leaves, torn into bite-size pieces

1  container (12 oz.)  H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Pico de Mango

1/2  cup  chopped H-E-B Snax Spicy Peanuts

1/3  cup  H-E-B Texas Twist Spicy Peanut Jalapeño Dressing


Heat chicken breasts according to package directions and cut into thin slices; set aside.

Layer basil, mint, cilantro, romaine, sliced chicken, pico de mango, and chopped peanuts in a large salad bowl or on a platter. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes. Toss salad with dressing before serving.
