Ingredients

1  1.75 ounce packet  Thai peanut sauce mix

8  ounces  Hill Country Fare cooked salad shrimp

1  13.5 ounce can  coconut milk

8  ounces  cappelini pasta

4  green onions, chopped

1/3  cup  fresh chopped cilantro

Instructions


Prepare peanut sauce according to package instructions and set aside on low heat.

Prepare pasta according to package instructions, except after 6 minutes add shrimp and cook 1 more minute. Drain pasta and combine with sauce, onions and cilantro. Toss to coat. Pasta will absorb sauce
