Texas Tilapia Fish Tacos

Ingredients

4   (6 oz.)  tilapia filets

1  tsp.  cayenne pepper

1  tsp.  paprika

1  tsp.  salt

1  tsp.  black pepper

2  Tbsp.  fresh lime juice

1  Tbsp.  olive oil

1  cucumber, sliced

8  corn tortillas

1   c.  fresh cilantro leaves

1   c.   plain greek yogurt

*  lime wedges

Instructions


Heat grill to High. Oil the grill.

Season fish with cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place on hot grill until cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove and break into pieces. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine lime juice and oil. Add cucumber slices and toss to coat.

Serve fish in tortillas with cucumber, cilantro, plain Greek yogurt, and lime wedges.
