1 can (29 oz.) Hill Country Fare Sweet Potatoes, drained and mashed
4 tablespoons H-E-B Butter, softened, or H-E-B Light Olive Oil
3 large eggs, beaten, or
3/4 cup Hill Country Fare Real Egg Product
1/2 cup each: H-E-B Sugar and Granular Sugar Replacement (Splenda)
1 cup Hill Country Fare Fat Free Evaporated Milk
1/4 teaspoon Central Market™ Organics Ground Nutmeg
1 Hill Country Fare Frozen Pie Crust
Heat oven to 350F.
Combine sweet potatoes, melted butter or olive oil, eggs or egg product, sugars, evaporated milk, and nutmeg in a food processor bowl or mixing bowl. Process or mix the ingredients 30 seconds or use a hand electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour mixture into pie shell and place the pie on a baking sheet. Bake on the center oven rack for 25 minutes, remove from oven, and loosely cover with sprayed sheet of foil. Bake pie 15 more minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before serving
