1  can (15 oz.)  Hill Country Fare Salmon, drained

1/2  cup  H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Chopped Onion

1/2  cup  H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Three Color Pepper

1/2  cup  Hill Country Fare Real Egg

15  Hill Country Fare Fat Free and Reduced Sodium Crackers

1  tablespoon  Hill Country Fare Louisiana Hot Sauce

1/2  cup  canola oil for frying patties


Remove any bones from salmon. Combine salmon, onion, peppers, eggs, crackers, and hot sauce in a mixing bowl. Shape the salmon mixture into eight patties the size of hamburger patties. Place on a baking sheet, cover, and refrigerate until ready to fry.

Add oil to a large skillet and heat for 3 minutes over medium heat. Fry three to four patties at a time 2 to 3 minutes per side. Place on paper towels to drain, then serve
