2 strips H-E-B Fully Cooked Bacon
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 cup chopped tomato
2 (14.5-ounce) can cut green beans, drained
Heat bacon according to package instructions. Chop bacon and set aside for later use.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and tomato. Stir-fry onion mixture for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add green beans and 1/4 cup water. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook uncovered 5 more minutes.
Place green beans in serving dish and top with chopped bacon.
