* Relish Platter Fixings:
1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated, washed & dried
4 tomatoes, thin sliced
1 (7 ounce) container H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Sliced Red Onions
1 jar H-E-B Harvest Moon Jalapeno Slices, drained
1 (16 ounce) jar H-E-B Mayonnaise or Mayonesa with Lime Juice
1 (8 ounce) jar Hill Country Fare Mustard
* Jalapeno Hamburger Fixings:
1 (32 ounce) package H-E-B Texas Originals Texas-Shaped Cheddar & Jalapeno-Flavored Beef Patties, frozen
1 (16 ounce) package H-E-B Sliced Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
1 1/2 (8-count) package H-E-B Jumbo Hamburger Buns
Separate the beef patties and place on a baking sheet or tray. Refrigerate until grill is ready.
Heat charcoal 30 minutes. Heat gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill 4 inches above Medium heat. To test temperature, hold palm of hand above grate. If heat causes you to pull away in 4 seconds, heat is idea. (375 degrees F).
Cook burgers on each side for 4 minutes oruntil internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Place several slices of jalapeño pepper and a slice of cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese on the beef patty. Allow the cheese to melt and place on a jumbo bun. Add your favorite fixings and enjoy.
